		<description><![CDATA[Manually syncing is the biggest pain in the ass.  I hope they come out with plug ins that can be trusted to auto sync regions.  So far I haven&#039;t found one that works without having to go back and slide regions here and there to lock them in.  Cool site Rob.]]></description>
